Rick Ratliff Joins CAQH Leadership Team
CAQH today announced that Rick Ratliff has joined the organization as Senior Vice President for Business Development and Marketing.
Mr. Ratliff brings to CAQH a broad background in sales, marketing, strategic partnerships and executive leadership. Most recently, he held C-suite roles at healthcare technology companies Apervita and ConnectiveRx, and launched and led the digital health practice for Accenture. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Surescripts, the nation’s largest health information network for the electronic transmission of prescriptions.
Ratliff joins CAQH at a critical time in the healthcare industry. As the country emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, more than ever plans and provider organizations are seeking to improve operations, reduce costs and improve data quality. CAQH solutions, developed in partnership with the nation’s leading health plans and provider organizations, enhance credentialing, coordination of benefits, directory management and the accuracy of provider data.
“We are delighted to have Rick helping us communicate the unique value CAQH solutions bring to the marketplace, grow the organization and increase our impact,” said Robin Thomashauer, CAQH President. “Given his breadth of experience, he understands what our clients need to operate more efficiently and how CAQH can help them achieve their goals, while making our healthcare system work better for everyone.”
