Sarah, CEO of CAQH, is a healthcare leader and explorer with over 25 years of experience spanning operations and innovation. She loves applying human-centered design to transform the healthcare experience. Prior to joining CAQH, Sarah was the SVP of Health and Wellness at Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada’s largest pharmacy and health retailer where she was responsible for a portfolio of pharmacy services, medical clinics, provider technology, retail home health stores and digital health solutions.
Previously, Sarah served as Chief Innovation Officer at Magellan Health and SVP of Innovation and Transformation Strategy for Highmark Health. In addition, Sarah held many key leadership roles in product development, clinical operations, and network development at Humana Healthcare.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University, a Master of Health Services Administration from Webster University and an MBA from the University of Louisville. Sarah enjoys traveling the world with her husband and 2 children and introducing them to new people and cultures.
Ed Collins is the Chief Technology Officer at CAQH. With more than 25 years of information technology experience, Ed has developed and implemented the IT strategy for many large healthcare organizations, including Cleveland Clinic, Martin Health Systems and United Hospital Center. He brings a wealth of technical expertise to an evolving healthcare industry, optimizing complex business processes and anticipating future technology innovation.
Ed earned a B.B.A. from Fairmont University in West Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Denver, and has earned the following certifications: Alexlos, IT Information Library Foundations Certifications (ITIL); CHIME, Certified Chief Information Officer (CHCIO), HIMSS, Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).
Kim Koebel is a results-driven healthcare executive known for transforming intricate business challenges into successful, actionable strategies. As Chief Operating Officer, Kim has responsibility over shared services including Operations, Human Resources, Information Security, and other key functional areas that are essential to delivering data and administrative solutions for the U.S. healthcare system.
Throughout her career, Kim has demonstrated her commitment to advancing healthcare, consistently introducing innovative approaches that elevate experiences and outcomes across the industry. Throughout her career, Kim has held key leadership roles in product and business strategy, operations, marketing, and communications. Most recently, Kim held senior leadership roles in clinical and behavioral health product development and consumer innovation at Humana.
A graduate of Spalding University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Kim has a passion for continuous learning and holds certifications from Harvard Health Care, Texas A&M, and Pragmatic Institute.
For nearly three decades, Kristina Rollings has developed and brought to market strategies and solutions that accelerate innovation and efficiency in healthcare. In her current role as Chief Growth Officer, Kristina leads teams across the enterprise to launch and market provider and payer data solutions that simplify, secure and optimize healthcare administration between stakeholders.
Previously, she held senior product, strategy, and go-to-market roles at Change Healthcare, formerly McKesson Technology Solutions. There, she led teams responsible for payer network and financial management, value-based care, and member engagement solutions, among others.
Kristina is an industry innovator and thought leader on healthcare transformation and is a frequent writer and speaker on pressing issues related to business and clinical processes, member access and engagement, and other emerging industry trends.
Apart from her domain expertise, Kristina’s passion is for building and inspiring teams and mentoring the healthcare leaders of tomorrow.

Prior to joining CAQH, Erin served as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) where she managed engagements for government clients and led revenue cycle research at the Advisory Board Company. Erin is a strategic, results-oriented healthcare leader passionate about creating collaboration among diverse stakeholders and driving change through policy and innovation.
Erin holds a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
